Welcome and thank you for volunteering to be a VSC examiner that is willing to examine vessels by requests that will be received on the Website VSC request page.

If you have already joined this database and need to change your email address or ZIP Code, City and State in the existing database or desire to be removed, or if you see an examiner that has left the Auxiliary or US Power Squadrons, passed away or has lost their qualifications let us know. Please send your request to the webmaster at webmaster@safetyseal.net. An example might be a short note such as "My name is [your name], please change my location in the "I Want a VSC" system from [old city and zip code] to [new city and zip code].

This is important if you are a snowbird that Winters in the South and Summers in the North. Let us know where you are so we don't disappoint our visitors while you are away.

This form is to be used by volunteer examiners to add yourself to the "I Want a VSC" database which is used by anyone looking for an examiner to give their vessel an VSC examination.

Use the form below and click the Submit button to add yourself to the database. We will email you a confirmation that you have been added.

Note: The search results are triggered by the first three digits of the ZIP code. If you look at the ZIP code 33712 using the search page at http://safetyseal.net/GetVSC/, you can see a good example of how it geographically groups them together.

If an examiner lives close to a ZIP code that starts with a different first three digits, they can enter a second, third or whatever number of entries for the other areas they want to service. In the results, exact matches are marked, then the next closest are marked and finally those within traveling range. So feel free to service areas that you are willing to travel to.

For assistance in finding zip codes to register for, use the US Postal Service City/State/Zip Code Associations http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/citytown.jsp.

The only items that you enter below that the user will see is the Name, City, State, ZIP Code and if you are an Auxiliary or United States Power Squadrons examiner. They don't even get to see your email address as software on our server sends the email from the form they complete. The phone number is for the administrator of the system in case of a bad email so we can contact you for a correction if necessary and not just delete your record from the database.

Please DO NOT use all CAPS or all lower case characters. Type your information as shown in the examples below.
